About the role

  • Match supplier and interbranch invoices with purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documents
  • Prepare and process supplier claims, including damages, shortages, manual adjustments, and journal entries
  • Collaborate with FCL commodities and distribution centers to ensure timely, accurate matching and issue resolution with vendors
  • Support the Accounts Payable team in identifying and clearing system mismatches and investigating claim disputes
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Two post-secondary courses in financial accounting from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Minimum of one year of relevant accounting experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience related to the applicable functional area
