About the role
- Provide support in both customer activation and concierge services in English and Spanish
- Resolve pending application items, collect premiums, and educate customers on policy benefits
- Ensure compliance and provide real-time support to Spanish-speaking admin associates
- Contact customers to follow-up and collect on pending requirements on applications and initial premium payments
- Document all actions in the system and reschedule calls as needed
- Make recommendations for process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Consult with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Participate in special projects and pilot programs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED in general studies
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Spanish required
- 1-2 years of customer service-oriented work environment
- Insurance, financial services and/or call center experience preferred
- Associate’s degree or 4 years related experience in the field of Business preferred
- Life & Health Insurance License preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service-oriented work; insurance, financial services and/or call center experience preferred
