About the role
- Responsible for daily operations and profitability of one or more retail locations
- Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints
- Handle cash and bank deposits
- Process transactions accurately
- Comply with federal and state regulations
- Maintain store staff schedule and assist with covering other stores
- Support store staff to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling
- 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, work in an autonomous environment, and provide store level leadership
- Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure
