• Collaborates with leadership and team members to complete strategic projects, which may cover topics including finance, accounting, marketing, operations or other areas.
• Attends meetings and reports on issues and decisions relevant to assigned projects.
• Provides operational and administrative support to complete various functions and tasks.
• Creates correspondence among team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Software Engineer

• Responsible for a broad range of activities using the Microsoft technology stack, primarily focusing on Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• Supports IU Health stakeholders by addressing new development requests, responding to issues identified through system monitoring tools, contributing to project‑level solution design, and guiding team members through issue resolution.
• Key areas of specialization include designing and enhancing web applications and web services, implementing DBA‑style data warehousing solutions, and performing complex analysis across multiple systems.
• Participates in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to established development standards and supports Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
• Maintains existing data and processes while developing new solutions, processes, and supporting artifacts.
• Produces clear, standards‑aligned technical documentation to enable sustainable support across teams.
• Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders, including IT infrastructure, application support, development teams, and operational partners.

Developer Specialist

• The RCIS‑Developer Intermediate role encompasses a range of responsibilities leveraging the Microsoft technology stack, with primary focus on Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
• This position supports new requests from internal IU Health stakeholders and addresses issues identified through system monitoring tools.
• Responsibilities include maintaining existing data and processes, as well as designing and developing new processes, solutions, and technical artifacts.
• The role is also responsible for producing and maintaining technical documentation in accordance with established standards to ensure sustainable, cross‑team support.
• Collaboration with internal and external partners—including IT infrastructure, application support, development teams, and operational stakeholders—is essential.
