About the role
- Lead planning and execution of large-scale experiential marketing programs from concept to completion
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources; lead internal team calls; raise flags and request resources
- Engage with clients around deliverables and timelines; flag resourcing needs and act as primary project liaison
- Proactively collaborate with creative, production, finance, resourcing, and operations teams
- Manage internal documents, trackers, organize materials, and maintain version control
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; proactively solve problems during projects
- Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management within experiential marketing, event planning, or in an agency setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and G Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- High energy, adaptable, and solution-oriented
- Client-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
