About the role
- Support and coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Learn how to work with candidate pipelines for current and future needs
- Capture information and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System
- Learn and utilize tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, Monday.com, and more to support organization and admin for the recruiting and new business teams
- Work on ad hoc projects as it relates to operations and project tasks
- Sit in on internal meetings
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in college or university
- Willingness to learn and jump in on a wide variety of tasks
- Process-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication and organizational characteristics
