About the role
- Performs workplace/work site risk evaluation and consultative risk improvement services
- Provides risk assessment information on complex accounts
- Submits corresponding Risk Control recommendations or business solutions
- Assesses customer's risk control program needs and develops strategies
- Makes recommendations on the development and implementation of risk control policy
- Develops and maintains business relationships with internal and external partners
- Conducts education, training, and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Typically a minimum of five to eight years risk control experience
- Advanced technical and product specific expertise
- Knowledge of insurance and risk control principles
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
