Performs workplace/work site risk evaluation and consultative risk improvement services
Provides risk assessment information on complex accounts
Submits corresponding Risk Control recommendations or business solutions
Assesses customer's risk control program needs and develops strategies
Makes recommendations on the development and implementation of risk control policy
Develops and maintains business relationships with internal and external partners
Conducts education, training, and presentations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Typically a minimum of five to eight years risk control experience
Advanced technical and product specific expertise
Knowledge of insurance and risk control principles
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability and willingness to travel extensively
