About the role
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Evaluate IT operations for compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management objectives.
- Support a range of governance and compliance initiatives, including SOX, HIPAA, gaming regulations, and other relevant laws.
- Maintain and manage up-to-date inventories of regulatory requirements and compliance obligations.
- Promote IT governance awareness and deliver training programs to key IT stakeholders.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring thorough documentation and evidence for compliance activities.
- Stay current with the latest changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting IT compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or IT compliance.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and gaming regulations.
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools is highly desirable.
- Previous exposure to gaming regulations is a plus.
