About the role
- Drive the financial success of Canada’s affordable housing initiatives.
- Lead the active management and sophisticated underwriting of high-impact ACLP lending opportunities.
- Function as the authoritative primary liaison managing all communications and interactions between the CMHC team and external borrowers/developers.
- Prepare comprehensive credit submissions for recommendation to the CMLS Credit Committee.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting, finance, real estate, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in construction finance and/or commercial underwriting
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and conflict management skills.
