About the role

  • Implement a one-year operational plan focused on leading and strengthening workplace mental health portfolio.
  • Deliver on an operational plan to secure financial health and sustainability of fee-for-service workplace education.
  • Support restructuring of Workplace Mental Health programming to maximize program impact.
  • Maintain strong relationships with funders and implementation partners.
  • Ensure effective program delivery and ongoing attention to quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent training and experience, in a relevant discipline such as business administration, or public administration.
  • At least 5-7 years progressive experience in a senior role with direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of workplace mental health promotion particularly in multiple settings or with various populations.
  • Financial management expertise, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and efficiently managing financial resources.
  • Advanced presentation skills, comfortable presenting in front of multiple stakeholder groups and public speaking in a variety of settings.
