About the role
- Implement a one-year operational plan focused on leading and strengthening workplace mental health portfolio.
- Deliver on an operational plan to secure financial health and sustainability of fee-for-service workplace education.
- Support restructuring of Workplace Mental Health programming to maximize program impact.
- Maintain strong relationships with funders and implementation partners.
- Ensure effective program delivery and ongoing attention to quality improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent training and experience, in a relevant discipline such as business administration, or public administration.
- At least 5-7 years progressive experience in a senior role with direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of workplace mental health promotion particularly in multiple settings or with various populations.
- Financial management expertise, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and efficiently managing financial resources.
- Advanced presentation skills, comfortable presenting in front of multiple stakeholder groups and public speaking in a variety of settings.
