About the role
- Develop the CEVA business relationship with strategic Aerospace customers in North America
- Identify, develop, sell, service and provide operational oversight to increase CEVA business
- Ensure CEVA retains current business in all geographies
- Expand relationships with the customer at executive level
- Lead and co-ordinate negotiations with the customer for major contracts and opportunities
- Serve as commercial point of contact for assigned customers
- Maximize consistency of the CEVA experience throughout all contacts with specific clients
- Develop plans to ensure retention of current global business levels
- Build and strengthen relationships at the “C” level with clients
- Own and drive account growth
- Identify and qualify opportunities for additional business
- Manage the investment proposal, ICAP preparation and ROI considerations for new ventures
- Demonstrate and provide confidence regarding assigned sector expertise
Requirements
- Educational background (bachelor’s degree preferred, master’s degree advantageous)
- 10+ years in International Supply Chain and Logistics
- 5+ years in commercial negotiations
- Network management experience (5+ years)
- 5+ years minimum experience in key account leader role in international supply chain and logistics
- Compliance understanding
- Advanced supply chain knowledge (or similar flow chain processes)
- Strong at building and sustaining relationships at the highest level
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Mature judgment and decision-making
- Advanced analytical skills leading to clearly articulated solutions
- Acute cultural and global awareness
- Emerging market experience
- Superior communication skills, both written and spoken
- Advanced presentation skills (concise & convincing)
