About the role

  • Ownership of total CEVA Global business relationship with dedicated sector specified customer
  • Identify, develop, sell, initiate and provide operational oversight to increase CEVA business with assigned accounts
  • Ensure Customer Retention for current business in all geographies
  • Expand relationships to “C” levels with the customer
  • Lead and co-ordinate negotiations with the customer in all major contracts and opportunities
  • Lead the development and implementation of account plan(s)
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for additional business
  • Develop qualified opportunities from ‘contact to contract’
  • Own and drive account growth
  • Manage P&L’s and accounts receivable across business lines
  • Maximize consistency of the CEVA experience throughout all contacts with clients
  • Provide regular reports, briefings and reviews as required
  • Develop plans to ensure the retention of current global business levels
  • Build and strengthen relationships at “C” level with the client
  • Responsible to fix and/or escalate issues to CEVA top management when appropriate
  • Create input for annual budget cycle from the approved account plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Commerce, Trade, Marketing, or engineering degree
  • Skilled relationship management professional with proven track record (10+ years) in related experience with half of that being in a senior capacity
  • 3+ years commercial negotiations
  • Network management experience (5+ years)
  • 5+ years minimum experience in global account leader role
  • 3+ year minimum positive track record in P&L responsibility; multi-national sites
  • 5+ years minimum experience in regional / global account leader role
  • Overseas studies experience is preferred
  • Skilled at collaborating with virtual teams
  • Experience building and executing on Account Plans
  • Desirable Master degree preferred
  • Specific logistics and or multi-national/international mindset
  • Ability to speak 2+ Language
  • Have worked on the customer (shipper) side to understand the challenges customer face while dealing with Freight Forwarders / 3PLs
