About the role

  • Allocate orders accurately for two key clients, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Book collections and deliveries, coordinating with transport partners to maintain smooth operations
  • Investigate discrepancies promptly, ensuring issues are resolved and communicated effectively
  • Produce daily and weekly KPI reports, maintaining accurate data and insight for operational performance
  • POD deliveries and ensure all documentation is completed and stored correctly
  • Manage invoicing for customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Monitor and respond to emails, including inquiries, collections, store transfers, and manual order requests
  • Report any delivery issues to relevant teams, supporting quick resolution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, reports, and customer information
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise professionally with customers and colleagues
