About the role
- Lead all Human Resources activities for a Regional Business Unit covering IMEA
- Serve as a strategic partner to the business unit leadership team
- Develop and implement HR strategies consistent with regional and global HR direction
- Responsible for talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Ensure HR initiatives align to business goals and enhance employee engagement
- Lead succession planning, leadership development, and training initiatives
- Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures across all business unit locations
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- At least 7 years working in the field
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws
- Proven experience leading strategic HR projects that impact an entire organization
- Expertise in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies
- Strong data acumen and data analysis skills
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
