About the role

  • Lead all Human Resources activities for a Regional Business Unit covering IMEA
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the business unit leadership team
  • Develop and implement HR strategies consistent with regional and global HR direction
  • Responsible for talent management, workforce planning, and employee relations
  • Ensure HR initiatives align to business goals and enhance employee engagement
  • Lead succession planning, leadership development, and training initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures across all business unit locations

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • At least 7 years working in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws
  • Proven experience leading strategic HR projects that impact an entire organization
  • Expertise in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies
  • Strong data acumen and data analysis skills
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
