About the role
- Perform and provide a variety of support to areas of the supply chain or operations
- Process operational and customer data
- Assist with running and summarizing reports
- Address various internal and external customer questions
- Track orders and shipments
- Create and process invoices
Requirements
- Minimum: High School Graduate or GED
- Two-five years of support experience in a logistics/transportation environment
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and job specific software applications
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additional languages are a plus, but not required.
