About the role
- Develop critical relationships with internal or external customers
- Assist with account management, maintaining customer profiles and service needs
- Address escalated customer questions and concerns regarding shipments and other needs
- Work with supervisors to ensure staff training and feedback
- Track orders and assist with tracing as needed
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination of work experience, preferred
- Two years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software applications
- Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices
