About the role
- Lead site-level projects and programs, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Drive accountability by monitoring progress, resolving issues, and removing roadblocks
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or project management
- Experience managing complex operations within a 3PL or contract logistics environment and integrating automation systems with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other enterprise software
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
