💰 $62,880 - $78,600 per year
About the role
- Supervise all activities on the outbound dock
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Plan daily work schedule by reviewing existing work orders, arrival notices and instructions from customers
- Assess priorities and assign duties to warehouse staff
- Train and monitor quality of jobs performed by staff
- Provide responsible supervision of all department activities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Minimum four years related experience; Minimum three years of industry experience preferred
- Minimum one year of supervisory or management experience
- Proven knowledge and experience in dock operations
- Valid state issued Driver's License; Forklift Driver Certification
- Ability to drive and/or operate forklift, hand truck and pallet jack
- DOT Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials Certification
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job specific software applications
