About the role

  • Coordinate the activities of the Transborder department to ensure fast, courteous and efficient customer experience
  • Keep clients informed of the status of their shipment.
  • Receive orders from clients and analyze their needs.
  • Communicate with different stakeholders to offer superior customer service.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to clients.
  • Open files for shipment and enter data in the operational system according to ISO standards.
  • Organize the pick-up and delivery of freight.
  • Invoice clients, ensuring all charges for services rendered are included.

Requirements

  • Diploma in professional studies or the equivalent
  • Experience required in transport.
  • 0 - 2 years in customer service
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and oral
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills; detailed-oriented; sense of urgency; customer service.
