About the role
- Coordinate the activities of the Transborder department to ensure fast, courteous and efficient customer experience
- Keep clients informed of the status of their shipment.
- Receive orders from clients and analyze their needs.
- Communicate with different stakeholders to offer superior customer service.
- Suggest innovative solutions to clients.
- Open files for shipment and enter data in the operational system according to ISO standards.
- Organize the pick-up and delivery of freight.
- Invoice clients, ensuring all charges for services rendered are included.
Requirements
- Diploma in professional studies or the equivalent
- Experience required in transport.
- 0 - 2 years in customer service
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and oral
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills; detailed-oriented; sense of urgency; customer service.
