About the role
- Provide 2nd line support across a range of applications, devices, and systems
- Ensure incidents are resolved quickly while reducing recurring issues
- Support internal projects and new business implementations
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Support system updates and assist with ongoing IT initiatives
- Identify improvements and maintain service levels
Requirements
- Proven experience in 2nd line IT support
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, applications, and security protocols
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
- Produce accurate technical documentation
- Contribute to wider IT projects when required
