About the role
- Join the fast-paced Project Logistics team as a Project Coordinator
- Work on complex, end-to-end logistics projects involving multimodal transport, heavy lift, breakbulk and out-of-gauge cargo
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of project shipments, including import, export and cross-trade movements
- Responsible for order acceptance, file opening, planning and scheduling transport solutions, arranging collections and bookings
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing regular track and trace updates, arrival notifications and handling enquiries, exceptions and urgent deliveries professionally
- Liaising with customs partners, managing subcontractor performance, supporting the sales team with quotations and operational input
- Ensuring operational systems and processes are followed correctly
Requirements
- Freight forwarding experience working in a multimodal logistics environment (across air, road and sea)
- Ideally within project logistics
- Solid understanding of global transport logistics
- Exceptional communicator through all forms of communication
- Organised and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working alone and able to act on your own initiative
