About the role
- act as the primary operational link between the client and CEVA
- build strong relationships while overseeing all planned activity
- manage daily and weekly client communications
- lead operational calls and provide clear updates on performance
- analyse trends and prepare structured reviews and presentations
- maintain an accurate activity tracker
- support with finance and forecasting
- work closely with internal teams
Requirements
- strong communication skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- excellent customer service capabilities
- strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
- confident to present professionally to senior stakeholders
- experience within an OEM, leasing or rental environment will be beneficial
- PC literate
- able to operate under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- positive, enthusiastic and self-starting approach to managing a complex, fast-paced account
