About the role
- Overseeing daily depot operations across 2 key contracts
- Managing resource, compliance and safety standards
- Leading and supporting a team of office staff, drivers and warehouse operatives
- Managing coordinated routes, driver schedules and van operations
- Ensuring proper handling of temperature controlled stock
- Monitoring performance metrics, driving continuous improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a depot or warehouse operations within a small to medium sized site
- Strong leadership skills
- Compliance and safety standards in logistics understanding
- HR experience to manage staff and handling of the day to day people matters
- Obtained your 0 Licence is desirable but not mandatory
