Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Implementation, Support, and Customer Success to transform one-off requests into scalable patterns.
Mentor and coach Product Managers to adopt pattern-driven product development and catalog “golden paths.”
Audit current tickets, implementations, and DAO funnels; publish Top 10 Patterns and an initial decision rubric for one-offs.
Launch the Golden Config Library and sandbox harness; define DAO Health Score (conversion, funding, abandonment, NIGO, activation) and set alerts; pilot Maturation Review with institutions.
Deliver platform-level pattern releases (e.g., Tracking Records Framework, Eligibility Engine v1) and achieve >30% reduction in median implementation time.
Establish systemic processes for triage taxonomy, decision rubric, and intake loops; partner with Customer Success to improve post-launch outcomes quarter-over-quarter.
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
Proven ability to scale product lines from one-off solutions to reusable frameworks.
Strong cross-functional leadership, able to partner with Engineering, Design, Implementation, Support, and CS.
Track record of mentoring PMs and elevating product craft.
