About the role

  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of mid‑market customers across the CEE region
  • Conduct consultative outbound sales activities (calls, video, email) tailored to CEE markets
  • Identify and execute cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within your CEE accounts

Requirements

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS to mid‑market customers in the CEE region (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria or the Baltics)
  • Fluency in English and an additional CEE language (e.g. Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian)
  • Understanding of the CEE business landscape and the ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders in the region
  • Provide regular, accurate updates and forecasts to management
  • Bring a positive attitude, drive, passion and determination to pursue and close business
  • Creativity, a strong team‑player mindset and resilience
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
