Engage directly with new and existing partners to triage leads, identify growth opportunities, win new business and conduct account management duties.
Attend meetings with key partners, support partner onboarding and complete follow up actions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, including streamlining the onboarding process, CRM and sales processes and tender and document management.
Coordinate and manage the preparation, development and submission of government and commercial tenders.
Maintain a CRM system and sales pipeline reporting to ensure visibility of deal stages and partner engagement.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all contracts, sales documents, and partner communication.
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Operations) to support project implementation, and schedule and manage key meetings, partner touchpoints and follow-ups.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in commercial roles including sales, tender management, or business support.
Proven experience managing customer relationships, implementing account management processes and building new relationships.
Strong commercial acumen, with a sense for identifying and pursuing highest value opportunities
Ability to manage documentation, reporting and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), and tender portals.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
