About the role
- Manage and grow relationships with major Australian clients, ensuring retention and expansion
- Lead QBRs, renewal cycles, and upsell motions with a consultative approach
- Identify and pursue high-potential new business opportunities across ANZ
- Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to execute targeted outreach and ABM campaigns
- Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy and ICP refinement
- Drive pipeline velocity and conversion through structured deal reviews and solution-led pitching
- Partner with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure seamless client experience
- Share market insights and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap and positioning
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management and new business development
- Proven track record in managing complex enterprise accounts and closing high-value deals
- Deep understanding of the ANZ financial services and fintech landscape
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in fraud, risk, or compliance solutions is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
