About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and non-technical functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and roles
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates
- Advise leaders on market expertise and talent landscape
- Track and communicate pipeline health to stakeholders
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments
- Ability to run a full recruitment process independently across multiple functions
- Strong track record partnering with hiring managers to scope roles
- Comfort building and improving recruiting processes
- Solid knowledge of AI tools to enhance recruiting
- Excellent communication and proactive stakeholder management skills
