About the role
- Own global alliance strategy of the assigned strategic partner
- Identify, recruit and enable new partners in the ecosystem of the assigned partner
- Define joint GTM models (referral, co-sell, integrated, reseller)
- Own partner business plans, joint KPIs & success metrics – generate leads and pipeline
- Lead QBRs, joint pipeline reviews and exec alignment
- Enable partners (training, messaging, solution fit)
- Act as single point of accountability for alliance success
- Resolve conflicts (deal ownership, prioritisation, escalation)
Requirements
- Proven and senior experience in enterprise SaaS: HCM, payroll or ERP – ideally in strategic alliances, partnerships, or other Sales related HCM ecosystem roles
- Experience in building and scaling partnerships globally
- Experience defining and operating multiple GTM models - referral, co-sell, integrated solutions, and reseller frameworks
- Executive-level stakeholder management - comfortable engaging with C-level leaders on both partner and internal sides.
- Operating in matrixed, global organisations - able to align sales, product, delivery, and marketing across regions.
- Commercial ownership - experience owning partner business plans, revenue targets, KPIs, and long-term success metrics.
