About the role

  • Lead multiple complex workstreams and oversee the technical delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze the existing architectural landscape with stakeholders and IT organization members.
  • Identify key areas of inefficiency and friction and build consensus on root problems.
  • Design and evangelize strategic initiatives to transform inefficiencies and foundationally change operational system design.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an architect, with a clear track record of successfully building systems at scale.
  • Deep understanding of common business application architecture as well as engineering systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
