About the role

  • Partner with EPS to strategically align with their hiring objectives and future needs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, influencing hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end candidate evaluation and the offer process, from initial screening to final offer generation, ensuring informed hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines by leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain data integrity and generate reports for job openings, hires, and post-hires in Workday and GEM.
  • Collaborate with regional and global Talent Acquisition teams and the HR organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on Technology (Engineering, Product, Support and IT) roles for global tech companies
  • Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, with a strong track record of building high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at leveraging the talent brand across job postings, outreach emails, and candidate communications to attract and engage top talent.
  • Proficient in Workday or similar ATS, CRM tools, Boolean sourcing, and recruitment analytics, with the ability to track key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
  • Demonstrated competencies around talent assessment, market intelligence, networking, relationship building, business acumen, technology acumen, negotiation, and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience.
