Lead global sales enablement strategy and programs to drive revenue growth and sales performance.
Create onboarding journeys, role-based training, playbooks, battle cards, product collateral, and competitive intelligence.
Partner with regional sales leaders and GTM teams to align enablement with strategy and messaging.
Measure impact of enablement with clear metrics and drive change management for adoption.
Hire, mentor and lead a global enablement team.
Requirements
10+ years experience in a sales training environment (min 3 years globally).
Strong leadership skills
Experience developing enterprise wide sales enablement strategy
Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach, empower, and inspire
Experience designing and delivering face to face and virtual based programs
Ability to develop sales training programs, processes, and methodology that are unique to the organization’s goals, values, and mission statement
Adaptable to different learning styles
Ability to establish strong relationships with leadership teams
Knowledge of coaching methodologies
Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
Strong working knowledge of learning management systems
Bachelor’s degree preferred
