About the role
- Manage, maintain, and improve Human Resources Information System Workday implementation
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements
- Configuration of HR system to meet specific business needs
- Implement new features or functionalities
- Work independently under limited supervision
- Communicate with cross functional stakeholders regarding HRIS project delivery
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on working experience with HR Workday modules Core HCM, Performance, and Recruiting
- Workday certification required for at least one module
- Working knowledge of creating calculated fields and advance reports
- Responsible for improving upon existing processes and HR systems
- Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years.
