About the role
- Be the trusted guide candidates rely on from first outreach to long-term success.
- Own the end-to-end candidate experience: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ongoing staffer success.
- Manage a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, monitor productivity and engagement, resolve issues, and advocate for each staffer’s long-term growth.
- Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby and maintain timely, professional communication.
- Coach candidates for client interviews and guide them through the offer process.
- Serve as candidates’ advocate throughout client interviews and onboarding.
- Conduct regular check-ins: weekly (Month 1), bi-weekly (Month 2), monthly (Month 3+).
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent management, or staffer success.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills; confident in building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Empathetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Comfortable working EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
- Nice-to-have: Experience using ATS (Ashby) and other HR or productivity platforms.
- Previous experience supporting remote teams across multiple regions.
