You will lead end-to-end project management for Monetization projects.
This could include managing: pricing increases, packaging changes, and plan updates; pricing and packaging for new products and add-ons; international pricing; and promotional pricing campaigns.
You are expected to have a deep understanding of what it means to manage complex projects and programs end-to-end using widely recognized best practices.
You will work closely with functional leaders across the business to develop execution plans that align to the strategic vision and goals of the Monetization program
You will drive strategic alignment and decision making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders
You will facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with a variety of workstream leaders, and continually test and validate scoping assumptions to make sure that teams are working on the right things to achieve project objectives
You will identify and highlight dependencies and facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional workstreams; and in doing so, you will remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks
You will coordinate with cross-functional leaders to draft content for Monthly Business Reviews and executive pricing committee reviews

Requirements

An undergraduate degree in an area that involves project management, business, research, leadership, or finance.
Project management certification and/or additional project management training - PMP certification is essential
3+ years experience working in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast growing SaaS/tech company
Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision making alignment discussions, and creating roadmaps and timelines/gantt charts
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
