About the role
- Partner with leaders to deliver People programs and services that support departmental and company-wide goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, providing insights and recommendations on people-related topics.
- Support leaders through day-to-day people matters while maintaining a strong focus on long-term organizational health.
- Build strong, credible relationships across your assigned client groups.
- Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, team structure, and workforce planning.
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Identify and manage employee relations issues and investigations, partnering with People SMEs and Legal as required.
- Lead low to medium risk, cross-functional People projects as needed.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of progressive HR / People Business Partner experience.
- Experience supporting leaders across one or more functional areas (e.g., Product, Engineering, GTM, G&A).
- Solid knowledge across core People disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
- Comfort partnering with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated interest in elevating your craft using AI.
