About the role
- Lead meeting planning and coordination
- Organize and manage meetings, agenda, notes, and follow-ups
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
- Support development and management of subrecipient contracts and processing of invoices
- Ensure knowledge flows for the team
- Write, edit, and format reports and presentations
- Manage and organize program documents, data, and files
- Provide thought partnership with team leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience in an operations capacity or a related field
- A strong desire to create positive change on a big scale
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities across a complex, fast-moving environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to promote consensus and resolve issues proactively
- Entrepreneurial mindset, including ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong work ethic, supported by commitment and follow-through
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience coordinating travel logistics, event planning, or international convenings is a plus
