About the role
- The PACE Director, RN is responsible for providing executive leadership and oversight of all operational and clinical aspects of multiple PACE Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs).
- This role ensures participants receive timely access to services, high-quality care, and excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with CMS, DHCS, and PACE program standards.
- The Director RN oversees the equitable distribution of resources across center-based and support service operations, including the PACE clinic, day center, transportation, home care, therapies, nutrition, 24/7 nurse line, and social/behavioral health services.
- Serving as the senior liaison between Center Operations and Support Service leadership, the Director RN is accountable for administrative, operational, and clinical outcomes across multiple IDTs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current unencumbered CA Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Current BLS CPR Card certified by American Heart Association
- A registered nurse with a baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing or other health related field with three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience supervising licensed staff in a health care setting.
- Adherence to Clinica Sierra Vista's employee health/immunization requirements or valid exemption request.
