Analyst

• Lead the design, configuration, and customization of their Epic applications to meet the organization’s evolving needs
• Serve as the Epic subject matter expert (SME) within their area, providing guidance and advanced troubleshooting for complex issues
• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational leaders to analyze workflows, recommend optimizations, and enhance system functionality
• Assist in overseeing Epic system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to ensure high performance and reliability
• Oversee and execute Epic upgrades, enhancements, and module implementations to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance
• Lead and mentor junior analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
• Develop training materials and conduct advanced end-user training to improve adoption and efficiency
• Work with IT and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related system issues
• Champion process improvement initiatives to streamline Epic workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Support monitoring of change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new Epic functionalities
