Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding, product, and skills-based training for global sales teams across regions and time zones.
Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Leadership to develop sales playbooks, competitive guides, presentations, and other enablement resources tailored to regional needs.
Support the execution of global sales enablement programs, including sales kick-offs, certification paths, and ongoing learning initiatives.
Maintain and improve the global sales enablement platform/portal to ensure sales teams have easy access to up-to-date materials.
Track, analyze, and report on enablement activities, training completion rates, and their impact on sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and regional sales leaders to adapt enablement content to local markets, languages, and competitive dynamics.
Support the rollout and adoption of sales tools, CRM enhancements, and learning management systems (LMS).
Assist with planning and execution of global sales events, workshops, and webinars.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field within the software or SaaS industry.
Familiarity with cybersecurity software, sales processes, and enterprise buying cycles.
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with experience delivering to global audiences.
Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), sales enablement platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones and cultures.
