About the role

  • Lead and develop the Product Marketing team, ensuring clarity of objectives, individual growth, and strategic alignment.
  • Define the area’s vision, frameworks, and operating model, structuring Go-to-Market processes, messaging, and collaboration rituals across teams.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of product and new-feature launch strategies, in partnership with Product, CX, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Define and monitor success metrics for launches and campaigns, translating results into learnings and executive recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent communication and positioning across all touchpoints of the customer journey — from strategy to activation.
  • Strengthen a customer-centric culture across the organization, placing the customer at the center of product and communication decisions.
  • Act as the bridge between Product and the market, translating customer feedback into insights for launch strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product, CX, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Propose and coordinate the creation of enablement materials for internal teams (pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, training).

Requirements

  • Solid experience (minimum 4 years) in Product Marketing, Customer Success, Product, or related areas, with direct people-management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills (internal and external).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical ability to connect product-usage data, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Strategic mindset for Customer Experience (CX), ensuring each launch strengthens the customer journey.
  • Experience structuring and developing teams.
  • Strong customer-centric orientation: deep understanding of how customers perceive product value.
  • Ability to connect product storytelling with practical impact on the customer experience.
  • Experience leading initiatives involving Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Service Design.
  • Experience working in SaaS or B2B companies.
  • Familiarity with Go-to-Market frameworks (e.g., messaging frameworks, launch tiers).
