About the role
- Act as the client's primary point of contact at NP, overseeing project management and maintaining the client relationship.
- Participate in defining strategy and ensure it remains aligned with the client's objectives.
- Perform quality control on deliverables before sending them to the client and, when necessary, request revisions while advising on expected timelines.
- Manage and ensure adherence to the project's delivery schedule.
- Present periodic performance reports to the client.
Requirements
- Experience as a digital marketing account manager/analyst and/or in advertising within Customer Success/Account Management teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO).
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
- Strategic client relationship building.
- Managing a portfolio of clients.
- Strong communication skills.
