About the role

  • Work in Barcelona, integrate the Supply team and collaborate with international markets, Sales, Customer Care, and Finance Operations
  • Manage a portfolio of French boat owners
  • Account Management: develop commercial relationships and monitor booking funnel using BI tools (50%)
  • Onboarding new partners: assist creating listings and platform engagement; monitor performance (20%)
  • Acquisition: acquire new partners via cold calls and manage full sales cycle (20%)
  • Business Operations: run market analysis using data to grow areas and achieve KPIs; conduct specific market operations (10%)
  • Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to improve Click&Boat

Requirements

  • French native speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Young professional or recently graduated
  • Ideally one previous working experience in Business Development / Account Management / Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Communicate perfectly in French, both orally and in writing
  • Team player who inspires trust
  • Customer-satisfaction driven attitude
  • Interested in start-up environments
  • Proactive and ready to share ideas
