About the role
- Manage and maintain initiatives related to an assigned program.
- Develop systems and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
- Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
- Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
- High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience
- Associate’s Degree and four years of experience
- Master’s Degree and one year of experience
- Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Cisco, UCCE and/or Verint experience
