About the role

  • Join the Cleveland Clinic team where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of your assigned area, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures while serving as a liaison between your department and external communities.
  • Lead discussions with clinical and administrative leaders across the enterprise as well as with external partners.
  • Help shape strategy and develop or enhance the infrastructure that supports the ongoing maintenance of our product portfolio.
  • Work remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with occasional needs to attend quarterly in-person meetings if travel/schedule permits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field and six years of experience in product development, project management, health care management, business development or related field OR Master’s Degree and five years of related experience
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills
