Maintain IT products, including planning and obtaining customer input.
Serve as the technical expertise providing guidance and direction to other professional staff.
Participate in developing strategic plans for systems/applications development and modification.
Review system requirements with customers and translate requirements into specific functions or deliverables.
Analyze low chart processes and recommend ways to increase efficiency through technology.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
ITIL Foundations certification required within six months of the position start date.
Six years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning, and scheduling a major information system project.
OR High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and nine years of experience.
OR Associate’s Degree and seven years of experience.
Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills.
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work independently.
