• As a Growth Engineer, you’ll help developers succeed faster with Clerk by shipping measurable improvements across our growth surfaces—SDK, docs/quickstart, dashboard onboarding, backend, and email.
• You’ll move quickly and learn in public with a team that cares about craft and outcomes.
• Ship experiments across any surface (Clerk SDKs, docs/quickstart, dashboard, backend, email/CRM).
• Collaborate across engineering, design, product, and marketing to improve developer’s experiences using Clerk.
• Operate across the full stack: Next.js + JavaScript/TypeScript (including our JS SDK), Go services backed by Postgres; BigQuery and PostHog for analysis and flags.
• Establish clear hypothesis and success metrics for every experiment; instrument, launch behind flags, monitor, and share read-outs.

Senior Growth Engineer

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the primary technical partner for top accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, integration, and adoption.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges with a focus on long-term solutions for strategic customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor: share best practices, recommend features, and guide customers toward maximizing Clerk’s value.
• Track account health metrics, anticipate risks, and proactively address issues before they become blockers.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, shaping product roadmap and go-to-market motion.
• Define and evolve Clerk’s Technical Account Management function — from processes to tooling to metrics — as the founding team member.

Mechanical Engineer

• Be part of a mission-driven design team focused on making Clerk the de facto solution for user management, organizations and billing for developers
• Build cutting-edge web experiences using advanced CSS, Shaders, WebGL, and modern animation frameworks to create event driven animations and immersive visual experiences
• Implement sophisticated micro-interactions that guide visitors through our website, making complex developer tools feel approachable and exciting
• Collaborate closely with the growth design team to translate concepts into living, breathing web experiences that capture attention and drive conversion
• Push the boundaries of web animation while maintaining performance across all devices, creating experiences that make visitors stop scrolling and say "wow"

Design Engineer

Account Executive

• Act as both the technical and commercial owner for assigned accounts: guide customers through onboarding, unblock them technically, handle pricing and contracts, and ensure long-term growth.
• Own a set of high-potential accounts, ensuring successful launch, adoption, and ongoing expansion.
• Qualify and prioritize inbound opportunities while experimenting with selective outbound in high-value segments.
• Lead discovery and demos with external audiences from engineers to CXOs to understand objectives and translate requirements into solutions.
• Oversee onboarding in collaboration with field-facing teams to ensure excellent user management experiences.
• Contribute to the team’s revenue and retention goals by building trusted relationships and increasing customer lifetime value.
• Analyze processes and instigate changes to help scale user operations.

• Shape the Clerk authentication experience: build, improve, and evolve Clerk’s managed authentication product
