Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the telecom industry.
  • able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking to all sorts of customers
  • creative problem solver - when you encounter issues you expedite resolution by offering your own potential fixes
  • self-starter with a proactive attitude and the mind-set to work in a start-up environment.
