Work with leadership to align integrations with pricing and packaging strategy.
Partner with Engineering
Collaborate on a standardized, scalable integration framework that reduces tech debt and accelerates delivery.
Translate customer workflows into clear product requirements that balance speed with maintainability.
Participate early in technical discussions to anticipate risks and uncover creative solutions.
Drive Customer & Market Alignment
Work closely with go-to-market teams to understand customer workflows, integration requirements, and solution opportunities.
Validate opportunities through customer interviews, data, and usage metrics.
Ensure integrations deliver a seamless experience across setup, usage, and ongoing support.
Elevate Clearstory's Integrations Practice
Establish metrics to track adoption, usage, and health of integrations.
Champion evidence-based decision-making, documenting hypotheses, tradeoffs, and decisions.
Contribute to product team standards, raising the bar for clarity and execution.
Requirements
3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS with a focus on integrations, APIs, or platform products.
Technical fluency: comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, and data models with engineers.
Strong ability to translate customer workflows into product requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive in driving alignment.
Strategic thinking paired with a bias for action — able to zoom out to frameworks and zoom in to details.
Understanding of construction financial workflows and systems such as Procore, Autodesk, and CMiC (or willingness to become fluent).
Ability to read and navigate third-party API documentation, quickly learn external systems, and become an internal expert in how Clearstory integrates with them.
