About the role
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and develop business cases for new product initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between product vision and organizational objectives, translating strategy into actionable initiatives.
- Work closely with various business functions to develop scalable and innovative financial solutions (e.g., payments, lending, wealth management, digital banking).
- Continuously monitor and optimize product performance based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Support product development initiatives, ensuring financial targets are met through pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and cost management.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, external partners, and customers, to drive collaboration and successful product adoption.
- Present product updates, business cases, and performance insights to executive stakeholders to influence decision-making.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving customer expectations to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure all products comply with financial regulations and internal risk policies while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
- Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging customer insights, market research, and analytics.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required.
- 3-5 years of product management experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and product lifecycle management.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Knowledge of financial services products (e.g., payments, lending, wealth management, digital banking)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to drive decisions based on metrics and insights.
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes in financial services is a plus.
